How is the 93% match rate measured?

The 93%* figure refers to account-level identification on engaged sessions (Google Analytics defines an engaged session as 10 seconds or more, or 2+ pageviews). The 62%* figure is for person-level identification on US traffic. For marketing teams, this means you can finally attribute website engagement to real accounts — not just sessions and bounce rates — and feed that back into ABM, nurture, and reporting.

How does Knock2 fit into ABM?

Two ways. First, target account monitoring: upload your ABM target list and Knock2 flags every visit from those accounts — which pages they hit, how long they engaged, who the individual was. Second, target account expansion: when an account visits, Knock2 also surfaces 3 to 5 relevant buyers at that company so your outbound has real contacts to work with, not just a company name.

The result is a closed loop between your ABM target list, your ad spend, and actual account engagement — without requiring a form fill.

How does Knock2 handle attribution?

Knock2 captures UTM parameters, referrer data, and session history for every identified visitor, so you can see which campaigns are bringing in target accounts vs noise.

Most teams connect Knock2 to their CRM and analytics stack so identified visitors get attributed the same way known contacts do — last-touch, multi-touch, or whatever your model is — just with the identification happening earlier in the funnel.

Does this double-count with my existing intent data?

No. Intent data providers (6sense, Bombora, Demandbase) monitor activity across the broader web and surface accounts researching your category. Knock2 identifies visitors on your own site. The two are complementary: intent data tells you who's in-market for the category, Knock2 tells you which of those are actually coming to your site.

Most teams use both: intent data to prioritize outbound at dark-funnel accounts, Knock2 to convert the ones who eventually show up on the website.

Can I route identified visitors into nurture?

Yes. Identified visitors can be auto-enrolled in HubSpot workflows, Marketo smart campaigns, or outbound sequences in Apollo, Outreach, or Lemlist based on filters you control — lead score, firmographics, persona, pages visited, or UTM source.
